SangU app is a money parenting tool designed to elevate the financial experience for both parents and kids. It aims to prevent overspending, protect kids from the negative effects of consumerism, and provide them with age-appropriate financial literacy. By using SangU, parents can ensure their children develop healthy financial habits early on.

Project Background:
We’re excited to develop an innovative app designed to help parents manage their children’s money more effectively. During the development process, we want to ensure that our task and reward system is intuitive and user-friendly. To achieve this, we need to explore the specific challenges our users may encounter when adding children’s accounts, creating new tasks and rewards, and identify ways we can help them overcome these obstacles.
Research Goals:
Our goal is to uncover the potential difficulties users might face while navigating the core functions of the SangU app, including creating children's accounts, setting up tasks, and ensuring a smooth in-app experience.
